Fees & Pricing
Soaring Minds does not currently file insurance, however, we can provide you with a “Superbill” that you may submit to your insurance company following the completion of the evaluation. It is advised that you call your insurance company before scheduling an evaluation to see if they will provide you with any reimbursement for our services.
Please contact us for information and pricing for other assessments, such as private school admissions, kindergarten readiness assessments, or medically necessary ADHD evaluations, as pricing may be different according to needs of evaluation components. Below are estimates based on evaluation packages. The fee for your evaluation will be tailored to your specific needs.
Autism
$2,000
Includes cognitive assessment, autism assessment, adaptive, and social/emotional evaluation.
Accommodation Documentation
$1,000
Includes record review (if available), interview, cognitive assessment, social/emotional assessment (if needed) and formal letter.
*Ask about special pricing for first responders.
ADHD
$1,200
Includes cognitive assessment and social/emotional rating scales from caregivers and teachers.
* Ask about adult ADHD medically necessary evaluations, as prices may be different.
Learning Disabilities
$1,800
Includes cognitive, achievement (reading, writing, math), and social/emotional assessments from caregivers and teachers.
Intellectual Disability or Developmental Delay
$1,800
Includes basic cognitive, basic achievement, adaptive, and social/emotional assessments from caregivers and teachers
Psychological Assessment
$1,200
May include cognitive assessment, clinical interviews, and rating scales.

Testing
Assessment includes interviews, providing records, in person testing, and the completion of parent and teacher rating scales.
50% of the balance is due in order to schedule the testing date.

Evaluation Results
Our team will meet with you to review the results of your or your child's evaluation and provide recommendations for support.
The final balance is due before this meeting is held.
